gently, dreaming,
day's consumed.
Night falls
unaware is she
childhood days
flowers gay
Mother, warm,
loving,
Sleep, restful
sleep.
Day rises,
then is gone.
Twice the same
before they came.
Found her there,
smiling,
but no longer
there.
